To reserve a stand, please complete the attached booking forms and return them with your 70% deposit or contact us .

Once you have booked you will receive an Exhibitors Manual which will contain information about the event and various forms that must be completed and returned ASAP.

All exhibitors traveling into Nigeria will be offered reduced travel ticket rates and also reduced accommodation rates.

All stands are allocated on a first come first serve basis upon the submission of full payment. No stand can be reserved in advance without your 70% payment.

All exhibitors will get a classified advert in the event brochure.

However, we do advise you to take advertisement space to ensure your company gains the maximum amount of exposure before, during and after the event. Many customers will receive a copy of the brochure before the event, refer to it during the show and use it constantly as a source of reference long after the event. Advertising in the brochure is a cost-effective way to generate additional interest in your company and products. Please find below the cost for additional space or larger space in the brochure.
